Privacy, first version.
This page is a practical first-version privacy note for the current HrimGuard MVP. It is not legal advice.
HrimGuard currently stores account and administration data needed for sign-in, company management, user management, and company memberships. This can include names, email addresses, account status, platform roles, company memberships, and hashed passwords.
HrimGuard also stores operational company data such as equipment records, manual temperature readings, cleaning records, maintenance records, corrective actions, notification records, report data, and audit log entries. PDF reports are generated from stored company data.
Passwords are hashed before storage. Raw passwords should never be stored or displayed. Real sensor ingestion, external email/SMS delivery, automated billing, and deeper third-party integrations are not active in the current MVP.
HrimGuard does not currently load analytics scripts. Future analytics, if added, should be introduced with clear cookie consent controls and updated privacy wording.
